Breakfast
  • 2oz wheatgrass+ banana+H20
Snack
  • granola + grapes
Lunch
  • Half ham pita
snack
  • hummus + carrots+ 2 cups of broccoli
Dinner
  • Out to Chipotle for a cheese quesadilla + guac


Exercise:
  •  elliptical for 30 minutes.
*I miss my Chia! Life is not the same. Back on board tomorrow!
