Breakfast
2oz wheatgrass+ banana+H20
Snack
granola + grapes
Lunch
Half ham pita
snack
hummus + carrots+ 2 cups of broccoli
Dinner
Out to Chipotle for a cheese quesadilla + guac
Exercise:
elliptical for 30 minutes.
*I miss my Chia! Life is not the same. Back on board tomorrow!
