Happy Valentine's Day
For my Valentine
For Breakfast:
A 2oz shot of wheat grass on an empty stomach
an hour later a cup of green tea and my oatmeal w/chia
For Exercise:
1/2 hour on elliptical
attempt to do an ab workout.
